Elite Talent Acquisition

Competitive Fee

Calculated as a percentage of the Candidate's Gross Annual Salary (including basic, housing, transport & all fixed allowances). Fee structure shared upon engagement.

Our recruitment fee is performance-based — you only pay the full fee when we successfully place a candidate. The commitment fee activates the search and is fully deductible from the final amount.

A · 30% Commitment Fee

Non-refundable. Due upon signing the SLA before the search begins. Covers job board listings, background checks, client briefing session, and first-level interviews. Deductible from the final fee.

B · 70% Balance

Due within 7 days of the candidate's signed offer letter. Late payment attracts a 5% surcharge per week and voids the 90-day replacement guarantee.

✅ 90-Day Guarantee

One-time replacement at no cost if candidate resigns or is terminated for poor performance within 90 days — for on-time payers only.

⏱ Late Payment

5% surcharge per week on overdue invoices. Late payers permanently forfeit the replacement guarantee.

🔒 Non-Circumvention

Candidates introduced by Core & Calibre are protected for 12 months. Bypassing this triggers the full fee immediately.

🚫 No Refunds

All fees are non-refundable — our 90-day replacement guarantee is our commitment to your satisfaction.
